For over 12 years, I've enjoyed my neighbor's tree throughout the seasons. The tree and I enjoy distant views of the North Atlantic Ocean. There is little between us and the roaring sea, and thus winds blow up across the marsh and river wreaking havoc in their path. When night comes and the power is out, my only entertainment is peeking out the window to see how the tree is faring. A few branches were trimmed during the last storm, but the tree still stands tall.
